AZ Arizona Realty Group is a full service real estate group working out of the HomeLogic Real Estate office in Chandler, AZ. Our central location allows us to serve the entire Metro Phoenix area. Terry is the A in the AZ name. Terry grew up in Billings, Montana, most of his family still resides there. In 2009 Lori and Terry decided they had been through enough winters and relocated to Tempe. Being a licensed and working real estate agent in Montana for over 20 years, he figured why not sell real estate in Arizona. Soooo he started selling real estate in a town where he knew no one and in the depths of the worst housing market in the country. Low and behold he survived and flourished. In 2012 Lori Zurcher (the Z in the AZ of the name) came on board and they started AZ Arizona Realty Group and have continued to grow.

 

 

The Z of AZ Arizona Realty Group joined the team in August of 2012. Lori previously lived in Tempe prior to moving to Montana for 15 years, met Terry and returned to the valley. She completed her MBA from the University of Phoenix and joined Terry in his real estate business. Lori is very familiar with the culture and areas of the big city. She brings to the table a high level of knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Her favorite part of real estate is showing homes.

 

 Randy Longmire/Realtor

 

Randy has spent over 30 years in the Phoenix metro area, originally coming to Arizona from a central Illinois farming community. Randy has been married to his lovely wife Monica for 36 years. They have two children and 1 granddaughter living in the valley. Randy recently retired form a 20-year career in senior leadership with Cox Communications. Randy has also run several successful small businesses in Arizona and Illinois. Randy's vast experiences include manufacturing, new home construction, R & D, technical writing, mechanical illustration, and the culinary space. Randy strives to provide his clients with the highest level of professional customer satisfaction.

 

 

Carol recently retired from a challenging and rich career in nursing, from a large hospital in the Midwest. Carol recently moved to the valley to start the next chapter in her life. Carol was born on the West coast of parents with very strong Midwestern values, which she also has. As a child Carol moved several times due to her father's career, settling in Northern Iowa at age eleven. Carol met Lori (the Z in AZ Arizona Realty Group) in college almost 45 years ago and they have remained close friends. Carol has a son who is married and serves in the Military, they are currently stationed in Germany. Carol is excited to join AZ Arizona Realty Group and develop a new set of skills.
